Chances are, your item did arrive, but you need to be present to sign in order to confirm it is your order. If you aren't present when the order arrives, it will be returned back to us. In order to track your package, use your tracking number to check on the UPS site. You can request for them to leave the package at the front door, but we are not liable for any theft or damages if you do so.
Send your items with a written request on the invoice. When we receive the invoice, we will exchange provided the item is in stock. If you do not send the written invoice or if the item is not in stock. We will issue a refund instead.
