Refund or Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. You may return merchandise for any within 30 days of receipt with the original receipt.
FOR FULL REFUND, MERCHANDISE MUST HAVE THE ORIGINAL TAGS AND LABELS ATTACHED, MUST NOT HAVE BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, AND MUST BE IN A NEW AND UNUSED CONDITION.
Shipping and handling charges will only be refunded in cases where we made an error. In such cases, we will be responsible of sending a return label for the return.
All defective items will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may qualify for a full refund, full credit for exchange, or repair if applicable. We inspect every item prior to shipping to ensure quality.
Sale items can only be exchanged unless otherwise noted. If the same item is not available for exchange, then they can be exchanged for store credit. Final/Clearance sales are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, and no store credit will be issued.
Please allow 2-4 weeks from the shipping date for your account to be credited and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
