    Gracia Rewards and Referrals Policy

    Points Policy
    • Rewards Account:
    As part of Gracia Rewards, the rewards account holder ("You") who is an existing logged in customer, may earn points through purchases online at the Gracia Fashion Store, www.graciafashion.com. You earn 5 points for every dollar spent on purchase. The points currently can be redeemed for $1 for every 100 points up to $25, $10, $20, $50, and $100 discounts, which are one time use and do not stack per purchase.
    Any returns made will also have the appropriate amount of points removed. Any returns made after the points have been redeemed will be deducted for from the refunds, in order to prevent abuse of the points system. Gracia Fashion refunds according to the amount of credit and points used to purchase.
    • Right to Close Accounts:

      Gracia reserves the right to close the account(s) of You if You attempt to use Gracia Rewards in a questionable manner or breach any of these Terms & Conditions or is in violation of any law, statute or governmental regulation.

    • Right to Change Terms:
    This Rewards Program is subject to modification or termination at any time without notice in our sole discretion.
      Referrals Policy
      • For the Referrer:

        As part of Gracia Rewards, the referrer (“You”) who is an existing logged in customer, may share the 20% off online coupon code (“Referral Code”) with one or more friends using the link contained in the program link via Gracia Rewards or Newsletter.

        You will receive 1500 points via Gracia Rewards when each referred person successfully completes a purchase over $75 at the Gracia Fashion store, www.graciafashion.com. The Reward Code can be redeemed for discounts, which are one time use only, does not stack per order, and is valid for all items, including limited offer and sale items.

        The points you receive will have a review period of 3 days from the day your referred friend makes a purchase.

      • For the Referred Customer:

        The referred person (“Referred Customer”) must make a purchase within 30 days of clicking the link using the Referral Code at the Gracia Fashion Store www.graciafashion.com. The Referral Code is for one-time use only and valid for all items that are not on sale.

      • For the Referrer and Referred Customer:

        The Referred Customer and You cannot be the same person. The Referred Customer must have a different email address, along with different billing and shipping information from You.

        Any abuse of this offer (including but not limited to, placing and/or promoting Referral Codes and Reward Codes on coupon sites or other websites created to take advantage of referral traffic generated from individuals searching for coupons or other discount codes), as determined by Gracia Fashion in its sole discretion, may result in the rescission of your account and the Referred Customer’s promo code as well as both parties’ inability to participate in this or future promotions.

      • Right to Close Accounts:

        Gracia reserves the right to close the account(s) of You and/or any Referred Customer if You and/or the Referred Customer attempts to use the Gracia Rewards in a questionable manner or breach any of these Terms & Conditions or is in violation of any law, statute or governmental regulation.
