We ship to US territories/states using Fedex, USPS and/or UPS.  In the 48 contiguous states, any purchases over $100 are eligible for free shipping; if you choose free shipping, which carrier service is used will be determined at our discretion, generally determined on weight and/or size of the order. Otherwise, shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

In general, the average processing time is between 1-3 business days. A business day is any weekday not including Holidays. (For example, if you order on Saturday, the order is processed on Monday, and, provided the processing time is 3 business days and there is no Holiday, the shipment would arrive approximately Thursday.) Shipments can be delayed for various reasons.

After you made your order, please check your email by the next business day to see whether the order has been processed. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can use the carrier’s site to check on the process.

We ship internationally in most territories. As of now, if duties and taxes are required by government, we only receive ship them prepaid, so we will fill out and pay for the customs beforehand.

In general, the average processing time is between 2-4 business days.

If you choose a shipping option that does not include duties and taxes, it is your responsibility for any customs and taxes applied to your order. 


Keep in mind, we can and will change the shipping policy to meet the ever changing rules regarding shipping, including but not limited to changing carriers and methods of shipping.
